Who we are
The organization was founded in 2017 registered in 2019. We exist to preserve the life-giving functions of our ecosystems,
landscapes, and biosphere upon which our common future depends. We value indigenous knowledge and science to catalyse our understanding of the linkages between the ‘‘global system’’ (the planetary base for human survival), the ‘‘social system’’ (the political, economic,
health, and other human-devised structures that provide the societal basis of human.
Our conservation and development programs focus on protecting the environment and its habitats especially the indigenous people who for millions of years have played a significant role in the continuous process of nature conservation. Action for Nature work with the government, CSOs, and non-state actors participating to inform policies and their implementation acting as advocates and allies of vulnerable populations of indigenous peoples especially youths and children.
